1. Where do you ship out the orders? How long does it take for me to receive my package?
COVID-19 UPDATE: Please expect possible delays with shipments. Order processing time will be longer than usual (1-3 business days). Orders are prepared by ourselves at home and cleaned before shipping them out. USPS services currently are not affected (dated Mar 18).
We ship all the orders from our Vancouver Studio. It takes 1-2 business days for us to prepare them; 1 business day for our shipping partner to bring packages across the Canada-U.S. border; and 2-4 business days for USPS to deliver your packages.
Above 95% of our orders were delivered within 5 business days to North American address.
Our shipping partner doesn't accept any packages on holidays and weekends. All orders placed during holidays and weekends will be shipped out on the next business day.
2. How do I redeem the $25 reward?
The minimum order value for redeeming this reward is $50.
3. Are your products hypoallergenic?
We use hypoallergenic materials such as Sterling Silver (nickel and lead free), 14k Gold, 18k Gold and 24k Gold. Please read the product description carefully before placing an order.
