Once an order is shipped out or 3 hours have passed since placing the order, it cannot be canceled. Our team processes orders immediately upon receipt.
Lost or Missing Packages:
To ensure peace of mind, please select insured shipping at checkout. If you choose not to insure your shipment, you waive any claim to refunds for lost or damaged goods. If you believe your order is lost or missing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Claims can only be opened after a 21-day waiting period.
Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address, as we are not responsible for any losses, delays, or additional charges due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will charge a reshipment fee. If you do not wish to have your package resent, we will charge a restocking fee of $10, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com with a list of items you wish to return within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. We will process your refund within 2 business days of receiving the returned package. Please note that we are not responsible for any duty charges incurred for the returned goods. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work to make things right.
Prepaid Return Shipping Label:
For orders originally shipped through tracked service to addresses in Canada and the U.S., we can generate prepaid return shipping labels. Please note that we are unable to offer free returns, and a US$14.99 return fee (return shipping label cost + restocking fee) will be deducted from your refund total.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your bank to process the refund. Refunds are given for returned goods, canceled orders, approved insurance claims, and damaged products.
Late or Missing Refunds:
You will receive an email from us to confirm the refund. If you have not received a refund within 2 weeks after we have released it, please first check your bank account. If the refund has not been posted, please contact your bank. If you still have not received your refund after taking these steps, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for any duty charges incurred for both outbound and inbound shipments.
