Refund policy

Order Cancellation:

Once an order has been shipped or more than 3 hours have passed since placing it, cancellations are not possible as our team processes orders immediately. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at hi@abbottatelier.com as soon as possible.

Lost or Missing Packages:

For peace of mind, we recommend selecting insured shipping at checkout. If you choose not to insure your shipment, you waive any claim for refunds on lost or damaged goods. 

Unsuccessful Delivery:

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address, as we are not responsible for any losses, delays, returns or additional charges due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to us, please contact us for a solution—we handle these cases individually.

  • If an order is returned to sender, a fee of up to $16 USD will incur. 
  • If you prefer a refund, a $15 USD restocking fee will apply to cover shipping, brokerage, labor, transaction, and packaging costs.

  • Packages valued under $15 USD will be disposed of by the shipping company.

Returns:

To initiate a return, please email us at hi@abbottatelier.com with a list of items you wish to return within 30 calendar days from the order date. We will process your refund within 2 business days of receiving the returned package. If you're unsatisfied with your order, please reach out—we’re happy to help make things right!

Prepaid Return Shipping Label:

For orders originally shipped with a tracked service to Canada or the U.S., we can provide a prepaid return shipping label upon request. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund and typically ranges from $10 to $20, depending on your location. A quote will be provided upon request.

Refunds:

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your bank to process the refund. Refunds are given for returned goods, canceled orders, approved insurance claims, and damaged products. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. 

Shipping & Duties:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for any tariffs, duties on outbound or returned shipments.
