SHIPPING OPTIONS

Free Standard Shipping is offered for all orders over $50 USD(U.S./Canada). We ship worldwide from Vancouver, Canada. Order value exceeding $800 won't pass the U.S. custom, please contact us at hi@abbottatelier.com for any wholesale inquiries. 

Please make sure all your shipping details are correct. Orders that are returned to us will be deducted a US$5 return shipping fee if they are returned due to incorrect and insufficient addresses.

APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIME

The actual delivery time depends on the local courier. All estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may include exceptions. 

A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your email. 

All orders will be processed within 2 business days. The approximate delivery times below didn't include pending times (up to 2 business days). 

Orders won't be processed and shipped on statutory holidays in Vancouver, Canada. Find out those dates: here.

TAXES AND DUTIES

We currently do not charge sales tax and duties at checkout for orders outside of Canada. However, all customs taxes and import duties depend on the policy of the local government and are the responsibility of the customer. For Canada, we currently only charge for GST and PST. 


TRACKING

We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order's shipping label is created. Please ensure that you entered the correct email address upon checkout, otherwise, you may not receive the order and shipping confirmation email. 

If you have problems tracking your order or have any inquiries about your tracking status, please contact our support team at hi@abbottatelier.com within 30 days since you receive a shipping confirmation email.


RECEIVING YOUR ORDERS

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. Please refer to the following instruction:

Look for a pickup notice left by the courier.

Check with your neighbours, friends, and family members living at the same address.

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating. But it must be your responsibility to know the typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighbourhood and make sure someone is home to receive the package.

We have insurance on every package, so we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit, but we will file an insurance claim on your behalf. In cases where your package is delivered to the wrong address or lost in transit, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation.

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the package to be sent again.  

*** In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a reshipment fee of $5. Please double-check all addresses before placing an order. In case you would not like your package to be sent back, we charge a restocking fee of $7.99. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total. Shipping is non-refundable.
